Think about the choices you have made today and over the last few days that have led to you being at the place you are right now. While your classical self is reading this book, where else is your quantum self? What else is your quantum self doing? Who else is your quantum self with?
As you consider these questions and the different choices you could have made, also consider the probabilities – how likely is it that ou would have made different choices? Did others make choices that affected your plans? Notice the connections.
As water flows down a stream and moves around rocks and through fallen branches and then joins back together, your quantum self also flows – feel the whole stream.

If you enjoy something, repeat it. If you want it to be part of your experienced life in the future, repeat it more – make it a tradition! Doing so greatly increase the probability of the repeated event being experienced by you in the future.
Almost a year ago, Carmel (who gave me this blank book I’m writing in) and I took a birthday trip to celebrate our October birthdays. Tomorrow we are doing so again. It required some free will energy from both of us to make this trip happen. Next year it likely will as well, but chances are good we will do something similar. Repeating events at regular intervals, more or less, synchronizes the energy of those events and increases their likelihood of being experienced in the future. Beware of feeling the need to keep classically experiencing a tradition. Know the tradition continues in other universes even if you don’t experience it.

If you can make a single choice to get to a Universe you want AND you can muster up the free will energy required to make that choice, then do it!
Often there are other factors involved, including the free will choices others may make. Look for opportunities where you can make choices that are aligned with a universe or event that you want to experience. Realize that your quantum self will experience the event even if your classical self does not. Imagine the events that occur and the things that are true in the universe where you classically experience the event. Make choices that align with those events and things that are true. If you want a job in the city which would require you to wear a suit most days, then move to the city and buy a suit if you don’t have one. Eat lunch near the company you want to work at.

For the next 24 hours, be especially aware of the new parallel universes you discovered in the last exercise – and if you didn’t complete the exercise, now may be a good time to do so – or maybe not – you decide ;).
As you go through your day, pay attention to unexpected events. Look for opportunities to exercise free will in such a way as to make changes to your future universes that are aligned with the changes you identified in the exercise. Also notice if these unexpected events are more connected to your “do it” universes or your “don’t do it” universes. If more connected to one set or the other, then you can imagine at that moment you are “surfing closer” to those universes. Notice how this feels. Use your free will and make choices to increase the chances of changes you desire.

Find the “Should I …” question that I asked you to think about. Think about the universes where you do and the universes where you don’t do whatever you are considering.
Consider the “do it” universes. Write down a few things you dislike about the “do it” universes when compared to the “don’t do it” universes. For each dislike, think of one change to the universe that would remove the dislike. For each change, imagine how you could use free will to increase the odds of the change. Now go through this same through exercise with the “don’t do it” universes. Once you have finished these two exercises, you have created/discovered new universes. Your ability to quantum sense parallel universes is enhanced whey you are aware that the universes exist.

Universes exist as probabilities. You can create possible universes by making choices – by using free will. The harder the choice, i.e. the more free will required, the more effect you have on the probabilities of the universes around you.

Free will is the source of power used to move through parallel universes – to surf the multiverse. Think about the energy required to exercise free will. In calorie terms, it seems and is very little. However, the effect it can have on the universes you experience can be huge. Think of exercising free will as requiring quantum energy – or just free will energy. Learn to focus this free will energy at points in time when it will have the maximum desired effect.

Another way to think about it is whenever you are in the midst of making a choice among two or more options, then realize that there are parallel universes for each option you are seriously considering. All of these universes are connect to …

Sorry! I left you mid sentence … and now it’s been almost a week my time. Hopefully only a few seconds in your time 🙂
As I was saying, each of the futures are connected to your present – an not just to the universe you are experiencing but to all of the parallel universes that make up your “now”.

The purpose of the quantum sensing the past experiment is to realize that there are many pasts and each one you can sense does exist. There are universes where I had no drinks that night and universes where I had more drinks that I could count. My classical self experienced one of these and my quantum self experienced them all. When you are quantum sensing the past or the future, keep in mind that you are sensing not just one but a multitude of different past and future universes. The question of which universe in the past was classically experienced is not important. The real answer to be aware of is “all of the above”.
We are nearing the end of our quantum sensing experiment. I’m going to ask a slightly different question:
How many drinks did I have last Sat night? 0? 1? 2? 3? 4? more?
Think about the answer and notice how your answer varies as you consider the question. Close your eyes and meditate now for sixty seconds before continuing …
60 … 59 … 58 …
or do you count up? … 1 … 2 … 3 …

This morning I was hesitant as I boarded the bus to work. I was the only one getting on the bus and it was empty. Eulinda, the coach driver, greeted me with a big smile and reassured me that I was on the right bus. There was a second bus ten minutes behind her which she said was scheduled to arrive earlier because it took a different route.
Notice the events and the probabilities in this story. There is a 99% chance that I’m going to ride the bus to work, but a lesser percent chance that I’m going to take a particular bus. In this case, had I been talking to someone in line, they may have convinced me to skip this bus and wait for the next one which was an express. Going with the “lower probability” bus resulted in a great conversation – I’ll likely take that same bus again 🙂
